Hurricane Screen Door in Florida
This screen door is Maimi-Dade rated for Cat 5 hurricanes.
It carries the NOA 21-0914.06 and comes in two sizes: 40” Wx80” H and 40” Wx97” H. This door is made of black woven stainless steel. When the door is locked using the tamper-resistant lock it activates 3 “pelican” latches which extend from the door into the door’s frame: 1 latch is located at the top, 1 in the middle, and 1 at the bottom of the screen door. If the door is unlocked, only the center pelican latch is used to lock the door. This door makes the perfect companion means of access when installed next to our Atlas Armor Hurricane Screens. With this door installed, you can leave your hurricane screens in the down position and still have easy access in and out of your home.
